Forging Crane

The forging crane is used for lifting, cushioning, overturning the forge piece. It is one of the main equipment used in forging shop. The rated lifting capacity of forging crane is the total weight of the up-ender and the lifted biggest work piece.

Application

The main hook and auxiliary hook of forging crane work together to lift the work piece and overturn the work piece by special lifting device (up-ender), and put the work piece on the cutting board of hydraulic press, then the hydraulic press start to work. Above procedure will be repeated till the work piece is forged to the qualified product.Because the whole machine will be subjected to a large impact load during forging process, the buffer unit and loosening mechanism are provided. The forging crane is also used for material handling, equipment erection and maintenance etc.

Features

01.The double-girder double-rail single trolley forging crane is used to the length of forging isverticalto theworkshop rail, the main hoist and auxiliary hoist are installed on the same trolley.

02.Three-girder four-rail double trolleys forging crane is used to the length of forging is parallel to the workshop rail, the main hoist and auxiliary hoist are installed on the main trolley and auxiliary trolley separately, the distance between main hook and auxiliary hook can be adjustable.
