Charging Crane

TYHI can provide the charging cranes with capacity from 20t+20t to 100t+100t. The main products:　100+100t for Shouqian, 75+75t for Anshan Steel, 70+70t for Wuhan Steel, 65+65t for Baosteel, 65+65t for Tiantie, 350+50t for Jinan Steel etc. There are two structures, the double trolleys and the single trolley. The charging crane is used to put scrap and cold metal into converter or electric arc furnace. The rated capacity of crane is the total weight of bucket and material inside.

Application

The charging box-handling crane is used during steelmaking process, which is mainly used to charge cold material. The electric arc furnace charging crane is used to charge steel scrap. The main difference between charging crane and ladle crane is that the main hoist mechanism doesn’t work independently.

Features

01.High precision measuring device is provided for charging crane. The redundancy is considered in structure andfatigue calculation

02.For the double-girder, double trolley structure, two sets hoist mechanisms are provided on the separate trolley, flexible charging, the two hoist mechanisms can work together or independently

03.The advantages for the double-girder, single trolley structure are light weight,small sizeand flexible charging. The two sets hoist mechanisms are located on the same trolley
