Independently developed and manufactured wind power overhaul crane, easy to use, cost-effective, low transfer costs.It can be used for the maintenance and replacement of wind turbine generator, generator, rotor, blade and impeller.

Features

01.Wind power overhaul crane adopted vertical expansion boom technology and tower tube adhesion technology, which greatly improves the bearing capacity of expansion boom and realized high lifting operation. Model TZS50 can bring a 50t object up to 85m height and TZS75 can lift 75t object up to 95m height.

02.Wind power overhaul crane adopted main frame, supporting leg, vertical expansion arm and upper rotating auxiliary arm.The main frame and the expansion arm are integrated together for easy transportation by normal vehicle.The upperstructureisalso integrated, so the hole crane can be moved by only 2 or 3 times of transit from one spot to another

03.The only assembling work needed in dismantling and erection of the crane is to put the upper frame and lower frame together.strict tolerance control in joints are adopted to achieve high precision positioning of axle hole and high connection efficiency

04.Intelligent diagnosis, health management and remote cloud service have been added toour intelligent control systemin addition to normal control functions
