Application

Crawler-type telescopic boom crane, main features: narrow-rail telescopic boom crane, access width of 5 meters; Supporting operation through legs; Super lifting technology based on equal length control; Fully automatic extension technology of the main arm. Features

01.High lifting capacity. Bring up optimum design of telescopic boom by using a curved section to improve the lifting performance when the road satisfies driving weight requirement, rather than a light-weighting design. All-Terrain Telescopic Crane is at the leading position in China for arm length, lifting performance etc.

02.High transition capacity. It adopts narrow track track chassis for transition. The crawler is of four-wheel full drive, and the whole equipment with full counterweight can be transferred directly to the field without disassembly. It can climb up to 30%.

03.​High disassembly and assembly efficiency. The turntable adopts quick release swing support. Arm frame adopts hydraulic plug and pin device. Pin shafts that need to be disassembled frequently adopts hydraulic plunger pin device, which is powered by the hydraulic pipe of the crane itself, avoiding using hydraulic trolley. The truss arm adopts strict tolerance control to achieve high precision positioning of axle hole and high connection efficiency.

04.Chassis Technical Highlights. It adopts electro-hydraulic control system, well-known brand engines, transmissions, high strength welding axle, heavy duty tire etc. to realize self-regulation of oil & gas suspension and all-wheel multi-mode steering function.

05.Equipped with intelligent control system. On the basis of conventional control, subsystems such as crane intelligent diagnosis, health management and remote cloud service being added. Intelligent level of the whole equipment is one-up in China.
