Electromagnetic Beam Crane

The electromagnetic beam crane is mainly used in billet span of CCM, continuous rolling mill workshop or finish products warehouse.  Lifting capacity includes the weight of beam and magnet. The main products are: twenty-three cranes with capacities of 35/35t, 26/26t, 35t, 30t and 26t for Bao Steel; 22.5/22.5t crane for Shou Steel; 15/15t crane for Wu Steel; 16+16t crane for Tianjin Steel; 35/35t crane for An Steel; 22/22t crane for Eyang Steel and 30/30t crane for Laiwu Steel. These include EOT cranes, gantry cranes and semi-gantry cranes.

Application

The electromagnetic beam crane is used to transport the plate, billet, profile steel from roller way to the stacking table in continuous rolling mill workshop, and loading & unloading or stacking work in the finished parts warehouse. The temperature of transported billet is below 650℃.

Features

01.The flexible beam crane is widely used in the hot rolling & cold rolling production line, the electromagnetic beam can be vertical to main girder and can be parallel to the main girder.

02.One or two guide cylinders are provided for the hoist mechanism of rigid beam crane, which is used to connect the beam and trolley. Due to the guiding effect of the guide cylinder, the swing of the wire rope system is reduced, and the lifting procedure is more stable.

03.TYHI can provide general purpose electromagnet beam crane, (top, middle, and bottom) slewing electromagnet beam crane, special electromagnet beam crane etc. and also can provide according to client’s requirements.
