Application

The axial-type telescopic boom crane developed and manufactured independently has the characteristics of convenient disassembly and installation, strong lifting capacity, high transfer efficiency and good possibility. All types of products are applicable to the fields of metallurgy and petrochemical, Marine engineering wharf, fan hoisting and maintenance, municipal engineering, road and bridge construction, etc.

Features

01.High lifting capacity. Total weight of TZF9000 is only 170t, and its hoisting performance is comparable to 500t All-Terrain Telescopic Boom Crane, which meets the requirement of 3MW fan auxiliary installation. TZK180 is a vertical telescopic boom crane, which can meet the installation requirements of 3MW double-fed fan with a center height of 140m and 2.5mw double-fed fan with a center height of 160m.

02.High transfer efficiency. The transitions of the axial-type telescopic boom crane is carried by the heavy-duty axial-line module vehicle, which has a high load-bearing capacity and its passing width is only 3m. Compared with crawler crane, the transitions of crawler frame, carriage frame and turntable is reduced, and the efficiency is improved obviously. Axis module car can be drawn by ordinary tractor with high transfer efficiency.

03.High disassembly and assembly efficiency. Pin shafts that need to be disassembled frequently adopts hydraulic plunger pin device, which is powered by the hydraulic pipe of the crane itself. The function of self - disassembly and assembly is realized by counterweight. It adopts modular design and the number of pieces is less.

04.Equipped with intelligent control system. On the basis of conventional control, subsystems such as crane intelligent diagnosis, health management and remote cloud service being added. Intelligent level of the whole equipment is one-up in China.
