Application

Ring Rail Arm Crane developed independently has the characteristics of convenient disassembly and strong lifting capacity. Mainly used in petrochemical construction, nuclear power construction and other large lifting projects.

Features

01.High lifting capacity. This kind of crane has high lifting capacity and strong wind resistance. The maximum lifting torque of the two flagship products can reach 125000t.m and 273000t.m respectively.

02.High transfer efficiency. The truck is equipped with standard container with sand inside. For long distance transfer, the container can load structural parts. For short distance transfer, lower frame can realize automatic change rail, ring and linear form mutual switch, achieve fast switch of hoisting and transferring.

03.High disassembly and assembly efficiency. Pin shafts that need to be disassembled frequently adopts hydraulic plunger pin device, which is powered by the hydraulic pipe of the crane itself. It adopts modular design, the number of pieces is less.

04.Equipped with intelligent control system. On the basis of conventional control, subsystems such as crane intelligent diagnosis, health management and remote cloud service being added. Intelligent level of the whole equipment is one-up in China.
