Tunnel Boring Machine

The shield machine newly developed by TYHI is a tunnel boring machine, which has been successfully used in the Taiyuan metro project. There are mainly soft soil and compound EPB shield machines for subway construction. Application

The shield machine is a tunnel boring machine newly developed by TYHI, drawing on a large number of advanced technologies both at home and abroad. It can be applied to the tunnel construction of subway, railway and highway. Our Machines adopted modern design methods such as three-dimensional simulation design and finite element analysis and calculation, and had reliable performances.

Features

01.We can optimize the overall design of our machine and provide the most adaptable product according to the user's needs and geological conditions

02.LabVIEW software is used to collect and store data quickly and intelligently, with the acquisition period of 10ms, which provides powerful data support for production process and fault analysis

03.A database is formed through data collected by a large number of on-site detection components. After a large number of data analysis, it memorizes the probability of occurrence of each fault point, helps analyze the cause of the fault, and automatically comes up with a solution

04.Closed pump-controlled motor system is adopted in hydraulic cutter drive and screw machine drive for quick response, high efficiency and energy saving
