Quenching Crane

The quenching crane is used in vertical shaft for quenching, it is with the function of fast lowering and brake emergency loosing. It is special lifting equipment used in heat treatment workshop. Normally, double-girder and single trolley structure is adopted.

Application

The quenching crane is used to put the hotwork piece into the quenching bath quickly. The crane is with the function of fast lowering, which guarantees the best heat treatment performance and reduces the open fire possibility. The emergency loosening mechanism is provided to avoid fire in quenching process.
