Application

All-Terrain Lattice Boom Crane are widely used in wind power construction,bridge construction, petrochemical construction,muicipal construction etc.It meets the requirements of installation and maintenance of 2.5MW~3.0MW wind power generator, It is a high efficiency crane specially designed for wind power installation. This kind of crane adopts crawler crane rotary table of the same tonnage, arm frame, super lift system for upper part, and heavy-duty all-terrain chassis for lower part, and also is equipped with Large span star support hydraulic support leg for lifting operations. The whole equipment is equipped with main arm, tower arm, super boom arm, super tower arm, super heavy arm, basic wind power arm, super wind power arm and other working conditions.

Features

01.High lifting capacity. TZL750 meets the installation and maintenance requirements of 3MW double-fed wind generator with a center height of 95m, 2.5mw double-fed wind generator with a center height of 100m, 3MW direct-driven wind generator with a center height of 100m and 2.0mw direct-driven fan with a center height of 140m. TZL500 meets the installation and maintenance requirements of wind power units ranging from 2MW to 2.5mw with height up to 90m.

02.High transition capacity. All-Terrain chassis has four large-span hydraulic support legs, meeting the lifting requirements. The outside width is only 3m when support legs takes back. Heavy-duty all-terrain chassis equipped with turntable, main arm bottom joint can rotate by itself with high efficiency.

03.High disassembly and assembly efficiency. The turntable adopts quick release swing support. Arm frame adopts hydraulic plug and pin device, which is powered by hydraulic trolley. The main arm is suspended by the mast. It is convenient and quick to disassemble and assemble at site.

04.Chassis Technical Highlights. It adopts electro-hydraulic control system, well-known brand engines, transmissions, high strength welding axle, heavy duty tire etc. to realize self-regulation of oil & gas suspension and all-wheel multi-mode steering function.

05.Equipped with intelligent control system. On the basis of conventional control, subsystems such as crane intelligent diagnosis, health management and remote cloud service have been added. Intelligent level of the whole equipment is one-up in China.
