Application

The crawler-type lattice boom cranes independently developed and manufactured are featured in full specification, strong lifting capacity, and ability of walking with full load at any condition, The products are applicable to lifting operations of product installation and maintenance of 1.5 MW ~ 3.0 MW wind turbines, the construction of nuclear power, thermal power, hydropower, petrochemical industry, bridge construction, the subway construction, port terminals, Marine engineering equipment, metallurgical construction.

Features

01.High lifting capacity. TZC500 meets the installation requirements of 2MW to 2.5mw wind power units with a center height up to 90m. TZC750 meets the installation requirements of 3MW double-fed fan with a center height of 95m, 2.5mw double-fed fan with a center height of 100m, 3MW direct-driven fan with a center height of 100m and 2.0mw direct-driven fan with a center height of 140m.

02.Crawling-type lattice boom crane, with strong loading capacity, can walk with 100% load in any working condition, so that the equipment can move and be positioned.

03.High disassembly and assembly efficiency. The turntable adopts quick release swing support. Arm frame adopts hydraulic plug and pin device. Pin shafts that need to be disassembled frequently adopts hydraulic plunger pin device, which is powered by the hydraulic pipe of the crane itself, avoiding using hydraulic trolley. The truss arm adopts strict tolerance control to achieve high precision positioning of axle hole and high connection efficiency.

04.Equipped with intelligent control system. On the basis of conventional control, subsystems such as crane intelligent diagnosis, health management and remote cloud service added. Intelligent level of the whole equipment is one-up in China.
