Gearbox for Excavators

Propel reducer and swing reducer are planetary transmission reducers which have features like modularization, compact structure, heavy load, steady & high efficiency transmission, etc. Hoist reducer is a double-gear drive parallel axes reducer, which has the structure of 2-input-1-output style, and has features like high speed ratio and large transmission capacity.

Application

There are 4 main reducers i.e. propel reducer, swinging reducer, crowding reducer and hoisting reducer. All reducers cases are entirely annealed to ensure safe and reliable operation.
