Wear-resistant and Heat-resistant Castings

The wear-resistant castings mainly include track pad, wear liner, movable cone, fixed cone, dipper teeth, lip front. The wear-resistant castings have been exported to many countries and regions of the world such as Australia, Russia, the USA, South Africa, India .The heat-resistant castings include fire grate for crushed coal pressure gasifier, refining pot, reduction tank, heat-resistant plate and grate plate and etc.

Application

We have produced al the wear-resistant castings such as track pad, dipper castings (teeth, lip shroud, lip front and so on), guide rail, dipper plug, plug socket and dipper lever and etc. for the excavators of WK series from wk-10 to wk-55.

01.​Thanks to high internal quality the service life of the castings has reached the international level.

02.This kind of castings has been the regular products of our company for several decades. The casting product can be manufactured successfully just at one time thanks to the mature process, the reliable, accurate and stable technical parameters.  

03.Resin sand moulding is adopted. And the first-grade standard is used for all the patterns. For all the key areas the chromite sand,  imported from South Africa, is used. In addition, the domestic best-quality crude sand, resin curing agent, paint and other raw materials are used.  

04.The company has a high-quality technical team. Mature technology, scientific management and lean operations are available in the company with the aid of the international advanced MAGMA simulation software and a perfect quality management system.

During the past years, large amounts of wear-resistant and heat-resistant castings have been supplied. The track pads used for WK series excavators and other excavators have exported to more than 10 countries, such as India, Australia, Russia, the USA and Chile.
