Dimethyl Ether Reactor

Dimethyl ether reactor consists of two major parts: the shell and internals for heat exchange which is composed of several heat exchange tubes. It adopts the type of continuous heat exchange and has the dual function of reaction and heat exchange. In the reactor, the gas flows in the tube and the catalyst is filled out of the tube.


Operating Pressure: 0.5MPa~1.6MPa

Operating temperature: 280℃~600℃




Dimethyl Ether Reactor is a kind of slag tapping gasification which is developed based on crushed coal pressurized gasification but with higher gasification intensity and carbon conversion. It is widely used for feed gas preparation in recent years in the field of coal to SNG, coal to methanol, coal to dimethyl ether, coal to ethylene glycol, coal to ammonia.


01.With the supporting of New proprietary production technology of dimethyl ether, it can be realized that methanol consumption is no more than 1.395t and steam consumption is no more than 0.8t to produce one ton of dimethyl ether.

02.Relying on advanced technology and structure form, it can reduce by-products, improve methanol conversion and catalyst productivity.
