BGL Gasifier

BGL Gasifier is a kind of fixed-bed slag-tapping gasifier with high carbon conversion. Except strong caking coal, all other coals can be gasified in the gasifier. The gasifier is widely used in the field of Coal to ammonia, coal to methanol, coal to dimethyl ether, coal to synthetic oil, coal to SNG and etc.

Application

BGL Gasification is a kind of slag tapping gasification which is developed based on crushed coal pressurized gasification but with higher gasification intensity and carbon conversion. It is widely used for feed gas preparation in recent years in the field of coal to SNG, coal to methanol, coal to dimethyl ether, coal to ethylene glycol, coal to ammonia.

Features

01.The use of slag tapping technology, which is a kind of advanced technology in modern coal chemical industry, largely reduces the difficulty of waste water and waste residue treatment of fixed-bed gasification unit and effectively improves energy utilization rate.

02.Comprehensive utilization of coal. Efficient gradient utilization of coal can be realized. The by-products are a variety of high value-added chemical products, particularly the product gas with high methane content, which greatly improved the comprehensive utilization of coal.

03.In the gasification process, raw coal and gasification agents flow into the gasifier from upside and downside respectively with long reaction time. Due to counter-current contact, long reaction time and mild operation condition, the gasifier can effectively adapt to the requirements of operating conditions of subsequent system.

04.The market share of BGL gasifier manufactured by TYHI is 90%. TYHI has rich experience in design and manufacture and strong capability of machining to realize overall machining after welding to ensure process performance of equipment.
