Crushed Coal Pressurized Gasifier

Crushed Coal Pressurized Gasifier is a kind of fixed-bed gasifier. Except strong caking coal,all other coals can be used in the gasifier, especially low-rank coal and inferior coal with high ash fusion temperature. The gasifier is widely used in the field of Coal to ammonia, coal to methanol, coal to dimethyl ether, coal to synthetic oil, coal to SNG and etc.

Application

Crushed Coal Pressurized Gasification is the oldest gasification technology that is widely used in commercial practice. It is widely used for feed gas preparation in demestic and overseas in the field of coal to SNG, coal to methanol, coal to dimethyl ether, coal to ethylene glycol, coal to ammonia.

Features

01.Strong adaptability. Except strong caking coal, other coals can all be used in the gasifier as gasification feedstock, especially low-rank coal and inferior coal with high ash fusion temperature, high ash content and high sulfur content.

02.Comprehensive utilization of coal. Efficient gradient utilization of coal is realized. The by-products is a variety of high value-added chemical products, particularly the product gas with high methane content, which greatly improved the comprehensive utilization of coal.

03.Stable operation and mature technology. In the gasification process, raw coal and gasification agents flow into the gasifier from upside and downside respectively with long reaction time. Due to counter-current contact, long reaction time and mild operation condition, the gasifier can effectively adapt to the requirements of operating conditions of subsequent system.

04.Rich experience and complete set supply. TYHI can undertake the manufacturing complete set equipment, grate and transmission device and has rich experience in manufacture, so that TYHI can deal with all kinds of corrosion operating condition of inner shell. The independent supplier is selected for electric control system.
