Rotary Expander

Rotary expander (also known as cross-rolling expanding) is a form of tube rolling. It is a method to obtain the largest diameter seamless steel tube by rolling up to now. In general, the expansion rate of one pass is 35% to 65%, and the maximum reach 75% or even 80%. The company has successfully designed and manufactured Φ406, Φ530 rotary expander units and Φ406 rotary expander is exported to India.

Application

Rotary expanders can produce: casing, boiler power station pipe, cylinder pipe, pipeline pipe, hydraulic support pipe, structural pipe, machining pipe, petroleum cracking pipe and high pressure fertilizer pipe and so on. The steel pipes with features of good surface quality, uniform metal structure and high dimensional accuracy.
