Large-Caliber Seamless Steel Pipe Mill

TYHI started to develop its own Ф2000mm giant dragon piercing equipment for producing the largest diameter steel pipe in China in 1990s, and successfully designed and manufactured Ф508, Ф630, Ф720, Ф1000, Ф1200mm large-caliber seamless steel pipe production lines. The complete sets of equipment of large-caliber seamless steel pipe hot rolling mill design and manufactured by TYHI hold more than 95% of the domestic market share.

Application

Large-caliber seamless steel pipe production equipment is mainly used for the production of nuclear power pipes, high-pressure boiler pipes, high-pressure fertilizer pipes, energy pipes, cylinder pipes, structural pipes and other purposes. The piercing process of the mill includes press piercing and cross-rolling piercing. The pipe rolling process includes Pilger rolling and rotary rolling. The 720mm multi-functional piercing mill has made a breakthrough in the production process of large-caliber steel pipe.

Features

01.Higher control accuracy, based on the relative positioning program of SIMOTION D435, the high-power servo control system is developed by identifying the parameters of the motor and diagnosing the parameters of the motion process to realize high-precision synchronous control of the large inertia control object.

02.High efficiency production process, the cold rolling crank connecting rod device with extreme characteristics is designed and developed to solve the dynamic load problem of large reciprocating cold rolling mill and to realize stable rolling.

03.The upgraded structure. It has adopted the integral type instead of the split type in structure for the main rolling mill, and developed the roll stand and roll shaft with extreme characteristics to solve the problem of design conflict in rolling capacity and rolling rhythm.
