Assel Tube Rolling Mill

In 2003, TYHI designed and manufactured the first domestic Φ159mm Assel rolling mill with independent intellectual property rights. In recent years, TYHI has designed and manufactured Φ159mm, Φ273mm, Φ325mm, Φ340mm ASSEL mills, of which Φ325mm ASSEL mill is the largest three-roll Assel mill designed and manufactured independently and put into operation in China.

Application

Complete set of equipment of ASSEL hot-rolling seamless steel pipe production line is the skew-rolling mill unit, suitable for the production of medium and thick-walled high-precision steel pipes, which can produce a variety of alloy pipes, bearing steel and carbon pipes. Products are mainly used for oil casing, pipeline, structural tube, fluid tube, boiler tube and so on.

Features

01.Continuous improvement of the traditional Assel pipe rolling mill shortens the auxiliary rolling time, improves the rolling efficiency, and is more conducive to the production of small batches of multi-specification products. It is equipped with a new hydraulic quick-opening device, which can effectively solve the tail triangle problem and improve the yield of products.

02.High Level of Design and Production Capacity: we have the R&D and manufacturing capacity of production unit for seamless steel pipes withΦ219 or larger caliber, high precision and thick wall.
