WK-4D Rope Shovel

WK-4D is single bucket rope shovel which adopts independent driving system. The machine has single boom, gear rack crowd system with dual-dipper handle and crawler propel mechanism with less support point. It consists of working application, upper mechanism, swing and propel mechanism. Electrical control system and pneumatic control system complete the machine’s various movements to achieve the digging and loading operations.

Application

WK-4D rope shovel is mainly used for the excavation of the blasted rock and ore. It is also widely used in water conservancy construction projects. It can be matched with 40t mining dumping truck or 60t railway dumping truck. It is one of the important mining equipment in open pit mine. It is suitable for medium mine with an annual output of about 5 million tons.

01.AC variable frequency system has advantage of high efficiency and power saving, the AC motor has low failure odds and high availability, its advanced technology represents the trend of speed regulating system.

02.Optimized material and heat treatment process improve the stress concentration and fatigue life of gear and shaft; the operator's cab is elaborately designed to improve its safety and comfort.

03.The gear rack structure is made of heavy duty high manganese steel casting rack with good weld ability, and the alloy steel forged pinion with high efficiency and low maintenance cost.

04.All transmission gears are made of high quality low carbon alloy steel by carburizing, quenching and grinding process (except swing gear ring), with large bearing capacity and better service life than surface quenching gear.
