TZ900/TZ1100/TZ1300/ TZ1600 double-roller crusher is a primary crusher, being matched with crusher in the ultra-heavy open-pit metal mine ---- semi-mobile crushing station or self-movable crushing station, which used for primary crushing of raw coal or overburdening material in open-pit mines with output above 10 million tons. The double-roller crusher consists of crushing case, crushing roller, speed reducer, fluid coupling, motor and others.

Application

Double-roller crusher is a primary crusher developed by our company for open -pit mines, being matched with crushing equipment in open-pit mine -- semi-mobile crushing station or self-movable crushing station which is used for primary crushing of raw coal or overburdening material in open-pit mines with output above 10 million tons. It is suitable for transportation process of single bucket excavator -- dump truck -- double-roller semi-mobile crushing station -- belt conveyor or single bucket excavator - self-movable crushing station - belt conveyor.

Features

01.Crusher is a low-speed, high-torque screening crusher, which can avoid re-crushing materials that meet the required size and can crush materials with compressive strength up to 320MPa. Using the cracks of the material to shear and crush material so as to achieve low crushing power consumption.

02.Crusher can be started when the material inlet is full of materials, which saves the trouble of manually excavating materials when there is a temporary power failure or material piling up.

03.Crushing roller with the grouping spiral tooth structure can greatly reduce the peak stress of the crusher, making the output of the crushing force tend to be.

04.Crushing gear is easy to replace, the crushing gear is connected by dovetail slot, and the gear plates can be replaced separately.
