TZ1070-1650/TZ1370-1900/TZ1530-2260/TZ1530-2800  Gyrotary crusher is a primary crusher newly developed by the company. Installed in the ultra-heavy open-pit metal mine crushing equipment- - semi-mobile crushing station, can be used for primary crushing of ore and hard rock in metal mines with output above 10 million tons.

Application

The gyratory crusher is used for the primary crushing of ore or rock in large open-pit metal mines. The bulk material after blasting or excavation is crushed to meet the particle size of the belt conveyor, and its processing capacity is 1500t/h-10000t/h.

Features

01.High reliability. Adopting ultra-heavy, high intension beams and frames ensures equipment’s long lifetime, safer and more reliable operation.

02.Convenient maintenance. The integral spindle design avoids loosening of the movable cone and reduces the maintenance time. The movable cone is locked by the locking nut to facilitate the replacement of the movable cone liner.

03.The large-angle crushing cavity and the long crushing surface designed by use of software such as discrete element make the crusher an ultra-high crushing capacity, and the wear of the liner is equally distributed, which prolongs the lifetime of the liner.

04.The hydraulic cylinder in the control system at spindle position can adjust the spindle to compensate for the wear of the liner, thus controlling the product granularity and improving the flexibility of the equipment.
