Convertor Tilting Device

Convertor tilting device has two structures which are torsion bar flexible structure and spring compression bar flexible structure. In torsion bar flexible structure of convertor tilting device, incline-reverse moment keeps balance through torsion bar, which applicable to all convertor tilting series. In spring compression bar flexible structure of convertor tilting device, developed under large-tonnage requirement, incline-reverse moment keeps balance by using planet structure, which has a novel structure and advanced performance for convertor tilting device.

Application

Tilting device is a drive structure for steel-making convertor, which uses fully suspended and multi point meshing flexible support transmission to enable the furnace stack rotates freely in 360-degree forwards and backwards and stop steady at any position to meet the requirements of liquid iron loading, fulfilling, sampling, testing, tapping, deslagging and other related operations, and also keep a chain relation with oxygen jet, vessel hood lifting structure.
