Plate Leveling Machine

TYHI plate leveling equipment consists of a series products from 5 rolls to 23 rolls among which: the 17-roll leveling machine has won the National Quality Gold Award. Products are widely used in metallurgy, shipbuilding, aerospace, equipment manufacturing and other fields. The 7-roll, 9-roll and 11-roll full hydraulic plate leveling machines which are independently developed by TYHI, the leveling thickness reach 100mm and width 5500mm and is of the features of high automations.

Application

The 5-roll medium-widethick plate pre-leveling machine can be used to rectify low-alloy high-strength steel plate with a thickness of 6-60 mm, high-strength construction machinery steel plate and high-quality carbon structural steel plate. It is arranged between the pre-cooling equipment of finishing rolling mill. For the initial leveling, the cooling speed of steel plate should be controlled to improve the safety and cooling effect of cooling operation. 7-roll full-hydraulic leveling machine is used to rectify stainless steel sheet with thickness of 25-35 mm and with the need of induction heating. Both the pressing and bending rolls are hydraulic driven. The overall unevenness of the leveled steel sheet is less than 10 mm.
