Top-drive Reducer for Oil Drilling.

Reducer assembly is the main part of the top-drive,which has 2 functions i.e. transmitthe drilling power and endure the weight of drill pipe. The main transmission uses a dual-motor driving and the drilling motor is connected with the high speed shaft through involute spline in vertical position.

Application

The top-drive drilling device is a multi-function equipment which can directly rotate the drill string at the upper area of derrick, feed the drill string down along the special rail inside the derrick and finish the jobs of rotary drilling, circulating drilling fluid, single rod connection, make-up and break off, and back reaming. Top drive reducer is the main transmission component in the top-drive device which realizes transmission of moment force and speed and lifting of drilling tools.
