Preheating and Reducing unit is a kind of coal-based unit to preheat and reduce iron ore. After iron ore and hot flue gas recycled from the system is dried in the dryer, and then they carry out reduction reaction with coal for reduction, coal for fuel and SRV coal gas injected from the head of rotary kiln. Control the temperature of the product among 750-850 ℃ and the degree of reduction about 10%.
