Iron Powder Preheating and Reducing Unit

Preheating and Reducing unit is a kind of coal-based unit to preheat and reduce iron ore. After iron ore and hot flue gas recycled from the system is dried in the dryer, and then they carry out reduction reaction with coal for reduction, coal for fuel and SRV coal gas injected from the head of rotary kiln. Control the temperature of the product among 750-850 ℃ and the degree of reduction about 10%. The characteristics of the equipment are that it can make full use of high temperature flue gas, greatly improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment; Use anthracite as raw coal to reduce the past situation that the equipment depends on the condition of the coke.

Application

The dryer is used to dry and convey the iron ore powder, the rotary kiln is used to heat and pre-reducethe iron ore powder, the combustion system in the head of rotary kiln is used to match and inject coal, air and gas, Ball mill is for preparation and conveying of coal for fuel, and dust removal system is to collect and process the exhaust gas from the dryer.
